SMS Terms

Effective Date: May 26, 2026 · Last Updated: May 30, 2026

These SMS Terms govern the SMS messaging program operated by Flowpilot360 LLC ("Flowpilot," "we," "us," or "our") on behalf of the independent businesses that use the Flowpilot CRM platform ("Customers") to communicate with their own end-users. Flowpilot360 is itself one of those businesses — it uses its own platform to message people who opt in on flowpilot360.com, under the "Flowpilot360" name, the same standardized way every other Customer does. By providing your mobile phone number to a Flowpilot360 Customer's signup, booking, or lead form (including a form on flowpilot360.com), you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to Flowpilot's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

Flowpilot360 is a multi-tenant CRM platform. Our Customers — independent small local-service businesses such as HVAC contractors, plumbers, salons, dental practices, roofers, and real-estate agents — use SMS through Flowpilot360 to communicate with their own end-users about appointments and active service.

End-users opt in to SMS on each Customer's own website. (Flowpilot360 is itself a Customer; people who opt in to Flowpilot360's own messages do so on flowpilot360.com.) All outbound SMS messages are sent under the Customer's business name and through SMS infrastructure provisioned for that Customer; Flowpilot360 acts as the platform processor.

2. Message types

When you opt in to SMS from a Flowpilot360 Customer, you may receive any of the following message types from that Customer:

This list is identical across all Flowpilot360 Customers and matches the message types declared on the Flowpilot360 A2P 10DLC campaign filing.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the Customer (number of appointments, active service tickets, replies). There is no fixed schedule. As a general guideline, most end-users receive a handful of messages per service event (one or two confirmations, one or two reminders, one follow-up) and otherwise only when they themselves reach out.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. Neither Flowpilot360 nor our Customers charge you for the SMS messages themselves, but your carrier may charge per-message or data fees depending on your plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your specific plan.

5. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately unsubscribe from SMS from that Customer. After you send STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out, and no further messages will be sent from that Customer's number to your phone.

Other recognized opt-out keywords include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, and END — any of these has the same effect as STOP.

You can opt back in at any time by replying START, UNSTOP, or YES.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message to receive program information and the Customer's support contact details.

For platform-level questions about Flowpilot360 (rather than the underlying service relationship with a Customer), contact hello@flowpilot360.com. For questions about the service or appointment itself, contact the Customer directly using the contact details in their messages.

7. Carrier disclosure

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and capacity. Flowpilot360 and our Customers use industry-standard SMS infrastructure (Twilio) and follow the carrier guidelines published by CTIA and the major US carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.), but neither Flowpilot360 nor the Customer guarantees delivery of any specific message.

8. Privacy

Phone numbers and SMS message content are stored per Flowpilot's Privacy Policy and used only for the purposes described in these SMS Terms. Notable points:
