Flowpilot is run by two co-founders — Sai Venkatraman and Jaden. Sai builds and operates; Jaden runs brand and content. We built Flowpilot because we kept hitting the same wall: every CRM treats AI as a feature bolt-on. We wanted AI to be the substrate.
We dogfood Flowpilot internally — running our own operations on the same stack we sell. That means using our own product hard enough that it teaches us what to build next. Every Flowpilot customer benefits from the bugs we surface and the fixes we ship in response.
Our bet: a two-person team with their own CRM and AI agents that compound can outperform a 20-person agency stitching together someone else's platform. Flowpilot is how we run our own business — and now yours can run on the same stack.
